Where curiosity meets responsibility

Fourth Grade at RMES

Preparing students to think critically, act with integrity, and grow in faith and independence.

Growing academically, socially, and spiritually

Welcome to Fourth Grade at RMES

A dynamic year of deeper learning, stronger character, and active faith

Fourth grade is a time when students stretch their thinking and take on greater responsibility. At RMES, our fourth-grade classroom nurtures academic confidence and spiritual growth in a supportive, Christ-centered space.

From tackling more complex reading and math to engaging in service and leadership opportunities, students are encouraged to develop a sense of ownership over their learning while growing closer to God and their community.

Where Every Lesson Builds Confidence
and Character

The early years of education shape more than just school readiness—they shape identity, confidence, and a lifelong approach to learning. At Ruth Murdoch Elementary School, we recognize that what happens in these formative years lays the groundwork for how a child thinks, relates, and thrives. Here, education is more than academics. It’s the cultivation of curiosity, the strengthening of resilience, and the daily experience of being seen and supported. In classrooms filled with purpose and encouragement, students begin to understand not just what they can achieve—but who they are in Christ.
